Overview
Elite Global Visas is seeking highly motivated and target-driven Immigration Consultants to enhance our dynamic team based in Hyderabad. This role involves guiding potential clients through the complexities of overseas work permits and visa programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage both inbound and outbound client leads effectively.
- Provide detailed counseling on overseas work permits and various visa options.
- Clarify immigration procedures and required documentation to clients.
- Engage with potential clients consistently to turn inquiries into formal enrollments.
- Maintain accurate records within the CRM system and update client information regularly.
- Meet and strive to exceed monthly sales goals while delivering superior customer service.
Prerequisites
- At least 1 year of professional experience in Immigration, Visa Consultancy, EdTech, Banking, Insurance, Real Estate, or Tele Sales sectors.
- Strong proficiency in English along with Hindi or Telugu communication skills.
- Excellent persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Basic familiarity with computer applications.
- A positive outlook coupled with a results-driven attitude.
