Job Purpose

The I2M Business Development Director for the APAC region is tasked with steering the growth strategy of the I2M product line, overseeing a business valued over €1.5 billion. This role involves discovering new commercial ventures and establishing I2M as a key strategic solution for manufacturing clients.

This position acts as the regional expert on I2M, collaborating closely with global, regional, and country-level stakeholders to shape strategic direction, facilitate key customer engagements, and develop regional I2M capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the APAC I2M growth strategy.
• Identify and capitalize on business expansion opportunities to boost revenue, profitability, and client retention.
• Support multi-regional initiatives and facilitate global customer growth.
• Collaborate with Business Development teams to pursue strategic opportunities.
• Lead cross-country, transformational customer projects and conduct tailored supply chain workshops.
• Enhance value propositions and commercial offerings for clients.
• Lead the deployment and ongoing improvement of I2M and Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) solutions.
• Create sales resources, benchmarking tools, and regional best practice guides.
• Coach teams to build I2M expertise and share knowledge throughout the APAC region.
• Establish and nurture an I2M expert community within APAC to ensure coherent messaging regionally and globally.
• Engage senior stakeholders and external partners to foster collaboration across all levels.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Extensive business development experience in supply chain or logistics sectors.
• In-depth understanding of Inbound to Manufacturing operations and solutions.
• Acquainted with working in matrix organizations across regional and global landscapes.
• Proven success navigating multiple APAC markets.
• Strong skills in stakeholder engagement and influence.
• Strategic thinker with a consultative approach.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Power BI, and Salesforce tools.
• Possession of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related fields.
