About the Role
This position is for an HVAC Service Coordinator/Deployer with a leading name in the HVAC sector. The role is focused on keeping daily service activity running smoothly by bringing together field teams, customer needs, and internal workflows to support efficient service execution.
Contract Details
The assignment is for 12 months and can be renewed. The engagement is outsourced through Manpower Middle East.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage everyday HVAC service coordination, including assigning work and arranging technician schedules.
- Act as the main point of contact for customers, field staff, supervisors, and project-related stakeholders.
- Follow each service job from start to finish, making sure work is completed on time and meets quality expectations.
- Handle service records, job documentation, invoicing inputs, and accurate data entry across relevant systems.
- Organize parts supply, stock levels, and logistics so field work is not interrupted.
- Work with suppliers to obtain quotations and support procurement and service-related needs.
- Keep track of AMCs, contract renewals, and scheduled service visits.
- Assist field teams with operational, administrative, and technical coordination tasks.
- Support the service centre in maintaining compliance, safety practices, and reporting discipline.
Requirements
- A diploma or technical certification is preferred, or equivalent training/experience of 6 months to 3 years.
- Strong communication skills and confidence in dealing with customers.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Exposure to HVAC systems, energy management, or temperature control concepts is an advantage.
- Excellent organization and prioritization skills for handling multiple tasks at once.
- A proactive, detail-focused approach with the ability to work on your own in a busy environment.
