About the Role

Chewy is inviting an experienced Senior Human Resources Specialist to join their team located in Plantation, FL. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide constructive feedback and suggestions to enhance HR services, programs, and operational procedures.
  • Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures, job aids, and supplementary reference documents to support efficient HR operations.
  • Keep accurate and well-organized documentation, records, and files.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline is preferred; equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
  • At least one year of human resources experience, with service delivery or operations environment HR generalist experience being highly favored.
  • Possession of SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus.
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Workday, ServiceNow, Kronos, or Greenhouse is advantageous.
