Job Overview

The Human Resources Specialist will handle governmental procedures including municipality licenses and media ministry permits, ensuring smooth daily HR operations at Taibah Gifts. Reporting directly to the HR and Administrative Management at Samaya, the role supports uninterrupted business activity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete ownership of employee records from job offer issuance through hiring, contracts, ongoing updates, to service termination and settlement processing.
  • Issue and renew municipality licenses for company branches and maintain specialized tracking of expiration dates and requirements.
  • Obtain and renew media ministry permits essential for marketing and advertising operations.
  • Identify and follow up on pending government transactions until full resolution.
  • Monitor attendance and departure records, and maintain electronic employee files via the Odoo system.
  • Process leave requests and enter data into Odoo.
  • Handle medical insurance addition and removal requests and upload them to the system.
  • Track employee contract expiration dates and manage renewals.
  • Conduct exit interviews and collect company property as part of employee offboarding.
  • Maintain ongoing field coordination with official bodies including municipality, labor office (Quwa), Aqeem, and media ministry.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports directly to HR and Administrative Management at Samaya through Odoo.

Qualifications and Requirements
