About the Role
This position is with a global leader in innovative AI-enhanced technology platforms serving more than 8,100 customers worldwide, including a significant portion of the Fortune 500®. Based in West Palm Beach, FL, the role focuses on delivering outstanding HR service support within a contract, onsite work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and effectively to HR inquiries from employees and managers through the employee portal.
- Offer support throughout all employee lifecycle stages to ensure smooth HR service delivery.
- Create, update, and improve the internal knowledge base to empower employee self-service regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Detect and address inconsistencies or inefficiencies in HR processes, policies, and practices, escalating matters to mitigate risk and ensure compliance.
- Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence such as Total Rewards, Payroll, and Talent Acquisition.
- Proactively identify emerging service issues and needs to enhance HR support.
- Contribute insights and suggestions for improvements in HR tools, processes, and policies.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with clear articulation skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in managing information.
- Ability to learn quickly and make connections between related concepts or data.
- Critical thinking aptitude to analyze issues and develop solutions.
- Experience managing HR tickets or case management systems.
