Overview
S&R Group is hiring a Human Resources Officer to support core people operations and staffing activities at its Brampton, Ontario location.
Work setting
This position is based entirely on site in Brampton, Ontario, Canada. The work is performed at the physical workplace and is not eligible for remote work.

Education
A secondary school graduation certificate is needed.
Experience
Applicants should have 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage staff consultation and grievance processes.
- Assess present and future workforce needs.
- Offer employee support services, including counselling and assistance.
- Draft and publish job notices and advertisements.
- Receive, review, and shortlist applicant submissions.
- Explain hiring requirements and employment terms to candidates.
- Maintain and review candidate pools and talent inventories.

- Coordinate staff consultation and grievance handling activities.
- Confirm eligibility for entitlements and organize staff training arrangements.
- Oversee personnel clerks handling filing, typing, and records management.
- Support the recruitment and hiring of employees.
