Role overview
Join Hilton’s hotel team in Darwin City and help create a welcoming, well-organized experience for both applicants and team members. In this part-time on-site role, you will support the Human Resources function by handling administrative tasks across the employment lifecycle, maintaining team member records, assisting with hiring and onboarding, and helping coordinate training and other departmental activities.
What you will do
- Receive and assist applicants and team members with timely, professional, and courteous service.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support for HR operations, including word processing, data entry, filing, and other office tasks related to the employment cycle.
- Manage routine communication such as phone calls, emails, and meeting coordination.
- Support HR projects, team initiatives, and other ad hoc assignments that contribute to the workplace culture.
What Hilton is looking for
- Previous experience in human resources and administrative work.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications.
- Understanding of basic employment laws and labour regulations, or a willingness to learn them.
- A genuine commitment to hospitality, integrity, leadership, teamwork, accountability, and a sense of urgency in daily work.
