Role Overview
This full-time, on-location position based in Sharjah involves managing several key functions: Human Resources, Finance, and Logistics. HR duties encompass managing recruitment and onboarding efforts, overseeing employee performance and relations, enforcing HR policies, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Financial responsibilities include budgeting, financial planning, expense tracking, reporting, and audit assistance to maintain transparent and accurate financial records. Logistics tasks cover procurement coordination, inventory and supply chain management, optimizing transportation and warehouse operations, and ensuring timely material and equipment deliveries. The manager will work closely with organizational leadership and cross-departmental teams to align these functions with the company’s defense industry objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing Human Resources tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and policy enforcement.
- Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, financial reporting, and foundational accounting knowledge.
- Competence in logistics and supply chain management, covering procurement, inventory oversight, vendor coordination, and distribution planning.
- Knowledge of compliance and regulatory standards, ideally within defense or related sectors, including documentation and audit support capabilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder relationship skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments and organizational levels.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, with experience using office productivity tools and ERP or similar management software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, Logistics, or a related field. Professional certifications are a plus.
- Prior experience managing multiple functions, preferably within defense, manufacturing, or complex project environments.
