Role Overview

We are seeking an energetic Human Resources Coordinator to join our rapidly growing and innovative team. In this role, you will provide vital administrative and organizational support to the Talent Acquisition and broader HR teams. Your primary responsibilities include handling recruitment operations such as coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate communication, managing data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), supporting onboarding processes, and delivering an excellent candidate experience. You will collaborate extensively with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates. This full-time, in-office position reports to the Recruiting Manager and is located at the Manufacturing facility in Cypress, Texas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist recruiters throughout the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, managing candidate communications, coordinating calendars of multiple stakeholders, welcoming candidates onsite, and ensuring a positive experience from initial contact to onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records in the ATS, keeping candidate details, interview feedback, job postings, and hiring workflows current.
  • Arrange and oversee background checks, pre-employment screenings, offer documents, and onboarding steps to facilitate smooth transitions for new hires.
  • Support recruitment events by handling registrations, coordinating schedules, preparing promotional materials, and representing ERock's employer brand to prospective candidates.
  • Manage job postings, administer requisitions, and support various recruitment processes to meet hiring goals efficiently.
  • Maintain organized employee files, ensure all necessary documentation is complete and compliant, and conduct periodic audits for accuracy.
  • Act as a communication conduit among candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and interview panels by providing timely updates and maintaining high transparency during hiring.
  • Contribute to HR reporting, special projects, process documentation, and other HR-related initiatives as needed.
  • Identify and implement improvements in recruiting and HR workflows to enhance efficiency and team performance.
  • Perform additional administrative and coordination duties supporting HR and Talent Acquisition functions.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with candidates, employees, and leadership.
  • Strong organizational prowess with attention to detail and capability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated skills in prioritization and adaptability within fast-changing, deadline-driven environments.
  • Customer service-oriented, self-motivated, proactive, and flexible approach to work.
  • Experience coordinating complex schedules and managing time-sensitive requests with high calendar accuracy.
  • Previous involvement in recruitment, interview coordination, onboarding, or HR administrative tasks is desirable.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and HRIS platforms is advantageous.
  • Physical capability to work in a typical office environment, use office equipment, maintain concentration amid interruptions, lift files up to 20 pounds, and communicate effectively in person and via telephone.
