Role Summary
We are seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to strengthen our Atlanta-based team. This onsite position plays a pivotal role in streamlining schedules, facilitating seamless onboarding, ensuring compliance, and supporting efficient day-to-day operations. The coordinator will collaborate closely with operators and operational leaders to cultivate structure, transparency, and accountability throughout the workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and manage new hire onboarding processes including offer letters, I-9 verification, background screenings, badging, and CBP credentialing.
- Maintain and update employee records to ensure documentation is accurate and current.
- Monitor badging and credential expiration to secure uninterrupted airport access for employees.
- Assist with employee status modifications and oversee off-boarding documentation.
- Act as a resource for employees regarding workplace policies and benefits inquiries.
- Administer weekly shift schedules for Ground Support Equipment operators.
- Track attendance and contribute to precise timekeeping and performance metric reporting.
- Coordinate management, maintenance, and registration of vehicles, equipment, and other shared assets.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and reporting standards.
- Manage inventory of personal protective equipment, laptops, keys, and related assets, ensuring accurate issuance and return records.
- Oversee office supply levels, coordinate with vendors, and handle deliveries efficiently.
- Prepare reports and summaries for leadership review.
- Coordinate meetings and manage calendars to enhance organizational efficiency.
- Support project progress through follow-ups and management of action items.
Candidate Requirements
- 0 to 3 years of experience in office coordination, HR assistance, operations, or administrative roles.
- Exemplary organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong professional communication abilities.
- Capacity to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Eligibility to pass federal background checks and maintain airport badging.
- Comfort and willingness to work onsite near Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport.
- Preferred: Experience with shift scheduling or managing hourly employee workforces.
- Preferred: Interest or background in operations, human resources, or the aviation industry.
