About the Role
Innovations Global is seeking a detail-focused Human Resources Administrator for a temporary position based in Dubai, UAE. This contract role spans three months, commencing on August 1st, with a monthly compensation of AED 4,000. The candidate must hold a valid UAE visa as company sponsorship is not provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee employee medical insurance activities, including enrollments, modifications, renewals, and updates to policies.
- Engage and coordinate with insurance companies, brokers, and third-party administrators to ensure prompt processing of insurance-related requests.
- Provide assistance and guidance to employees regarding medical insurance questions, claims, and coverage details.
- Maintain accurate records of employee benefits and insurance plans.
- Ensure adherence to company guidelines and UAE regulations concerning employee benefits.
- Generate detailed reports on insurance enrollments, renewals, and claims utilizing Microsoft Excel.
- Support various HR administrative and benefits management tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or an equivalent discipline.
- Between 2 to 3 years of practical experience managing HR benefits, specifically with medical insurance.
- Proven experience liaising with insurance providers, brokers, and third-party administrators.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and administrative capabilities.
- Must possess a valid UAE visa independently; company sponsorship will not be provided.
