Overview
Sanli Environmental Limited is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Administrator to manage a variety of HR administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have solid organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities within a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate employee registrations for training sessions and handle course bookings
- Maintain comprehensive training and certification records along with training trackers
- Monitor compliance with mandatory training requirements and certification expiry dates
- Communicate and collaborate with training providers and internal teams to arrange training activities
- Manage home leave applications and keep detailed records for workers
- Track employee attendance and maintain timesheet documentation
- Support employee administration throughout all phases of the employment lifecycle
- Ensure accurate recordkeeping of employee documents and data
- Validate, monitor, and process invoices related to HR services
- Maintain organized invoice records and accompanying documents
- Work closely with suppliers and internal divisions to ensure prompt payment processing
- Update employee details within HR information systems
- Assist with compiling HR data and preparing reports
- Maintain accuracy and currency of HR trackers, records, and databases
- Provide assistance for HR audits and review documentation as needed
- Support daily HR operational tasks and participate in assigned projects
- Handle HR correspondence, filing, and manage records efficiently
- Offer backup support to the HR team during periods of high workload or staff absence
- Engage in initiatives aimed at improving HR procedures and system functions
Requirements
- Diploma or degree qualification in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields
- Preferably 1 to 3 years of experience in HR administration or operations, though fresh graduates with relevant internships will be considered
- Demonstrated strong administrative and organizational capabilities
- High attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Experience with HR systems such as JustLogin is advantageous
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with various stakeholders
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment supporting diverse parties
Compensation
Monthly salary ranges between SGD 2500 and SGD 3000, depending on experience.
