About the Role
Nexus Automation Solutions is looking for a Human Resource Generalist to support core HR functions for its Coimbatore operations. The company has been delivering value-added industrial automation solutions since 2007 and works in partnership with globally recognized companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to coordination with candidates and hiring teams.
- Oversee attendance tracking and leave administration.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and support payroll processing activities.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain HR records and employee documentation.
- Support employee relations and address workplace concerns, including grievance handling.
- Assist in performance management processes.
- Plan and coordinate training initiatives.
- Help run employee engagement programs and activities.
- Handle exit procedures and related formalities when employees leave the organization.
- Implement and maintain HR policies and ensure day-to-day HR operations run smoothly.
