Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation and upkeep of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and programs across various projects and operational functions.
• Participate in workplace inspections, safety observations, and risk analyses to detect and mitigate hazards.
• Support incident documentation, investigation processes, and monitoring of corrective and preventive measures.
• Contribute to conducting HSE inductions, safety awareness initiatives, toolbox talks, and training sessions.
• Help ensure compliance with Worley’s HSE standards, client obligations, and relevant regulatory frameworks.
• Maintain accurate HSE documentation, reports, and performance tracking as per company protocols.
• Collaborate with project teams to foster a strong safety culture and encourage safe operational practices.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related fields.
• Fundamental understanding of HSE principles, risk management, and pertinent regulations.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, analytical reasoning, and problem-solving abilities with dedication to upholding workplace safety.
