Role overview
This is an entry-level HR support position for candidates based in Australia. The role is fully remote and is designed for people who are beginning their careers in human resources and want hands-on exposure to day-to-day HR operations.
What you will do
- Handle routine HR administration and provide assistance to employees when needed.
- Help coordinate recruitment tasks such as candidate communication and interview scheduling.
- Keep employee information, databases, and HR files accurate and up to date.
- Support onboarding activities for new joiners.
- Answer employee questions and offer basic HR-related support.
- Draft HR reports, documents, and internal messages.
- Assist with HR projects and process improvement efforts.
