Key Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for managing the entire recruitment cycle from needs analysis through to hiring.
• Develop and implement targeted recruitment strategies in cooperation with respective departments.
• Engage in active sourcing and direct outreach to candidates via platforms such as LinkedIn and internal talent pools.
• Conduct structured interviews and oversee the coordination of the entire selection process.
• Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
• Build and maintain sustainable talent pools and long-term candidate relationships.
• Advise leadership on recruitment strategies and selection procedures.
• Manage collaboration with external agencies such as recruitment consultancies.
• Analyze recruitment KPIs and continually enhance processes and tools.
• Contribute to the design and execution of employer branding activities, including career websites, events, and university collaborations as well as HR projects.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or equivalent qualification.
• Several years of operational and ideally strategic recruiting experience.
• Experience with active sourcing and familiarity with modern recruiting tools, e.g., Personio and LinkedIn Recruiter, preferred.
• Background in consulting environments, particularly with a focus on tax, is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills, confident demeanor, and solid consulting capabilities.
• Excellent organizational skills, structured work approach, and high degree of self-responsibility.
• Analytical mindset with rapid comprehension ability.
• Proficiency in common IT applications, especially MS Office.
• Native-level German and very good English skills.
• Team spirit, a sense of humor, and enthusiasm for working in a dynamic setting.
• Willingness to undertake occasional business travel, e.g., for career fairs.
