About the Role

The Blue SkAI is looking for a committed and skilled HR Representative to join our expanding team. This role involves managing diverse HR functions such as talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, and ensuring compliance, all aimed at fostering a positive, productive workplace aligned with our mission to support education in Cognitive Science, Neuroscience, AGI, and Psychology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire recruitment process including writing job descriptions, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
