About the Role
Shri Shanidev Enterprise is looking for a dedicated HR Recruiter to manage comprehensive recruitment and policy development activities. This role involves sourcing suitable candidates aligned with organizational requirements and overseeing the entire hiring cycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment and sourcing to meet the staffing needs of the company.
- Formulate and implement human resource policies including hiring and termination protocols.
- Develop and maintain client Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) related to HR operations.
- Establish office frameworks concerning expenses, employee bonuses, and salary increments.
