About the Role
Wissenpro IT Solutions is hiring for an HR Recruiter position focused on talent acquisition across IT and non-IT hiring. The role suits both freshers and candidates with prior recruitment exposure who are interested in building a career in HR.
What You’ll Do
- Identify suitable candidates through job portals, professional networks, social media, and employee referrals.
- Handle IT and non-IT recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting profiles.
- Conduct preliminary HR interviews and manage interview scheduling.
- Coordinate between candidates and hiring managers during the recruitment cycle.
- Support offer discussions and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and updates in the ATS.
- Assist with bulk hiring and staffing-related requirements when needed.
