Job Overview
Kwikster Consulting and Technology OPC Private Limited is seeking a seasoned and energetic HR Manager to lead and manage various HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, attendance tracking, payroll coordination, performance evaluation, and comprehensive HR operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes to attract and retain qualified talent.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a productive work environment.
- Oversee attendance management ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Coordinate payroll processes in collaboration with finance teams.
- Implement performance management systems to assess and enhance employee productivity.
- Handle overall HR operations to maintain smooth organizational functioning.

Compensation
