About the Role

NIIT is seeking motivated and eager HR Interns or Trainees specializing in Talent Acquisition to support the recruitment team at their Gurugram office in Sector 34. This internship offers a remarkable chance for individuals aiming to begin a career in Human Resources and gain hands-on knowledge in comprehensive recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition efforts.
• Source potential candidates via various platforms including job portals, employee referrals, and professional networks.
• Evaluate candidate profiles according to job requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate communications to determine fit.
• Arrange interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain contact with candidates through the recruitment cycle.
• Keep recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and daily progress reports updated.
• Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate smooth hiring operations.
• Assist in offer letters, joining formalities, and onboarding procedures.
• Provide support for other HR-related tasks as needed.

Candidate Profile and Skills

• Graduates from any discipline are eligible.
• Both freshers and individuals with relevant internship exposure can apply.
• Strong verbal and written communication capabilities are essential.
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate effectively.
• Keen willingness to learn and develop a career in Talent Acquisition.
• Basic proficiency with MS Office and Excel.
• Must be able to work onsite at the Gurugram Sector 34 location.
