About the Role
We are seeking an HR & Admin Executive to manage recruitment and related administrative tasks focused on blue-collar positions. The role involves handling end-to-end hiring processes for roles such as service technicians, carpenters, fabricators, digital lock installers, field executives, and other operational staff, based in Hyderabad.
Work Schedule and Compensation
- Working hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Workdays: 6 days per week, on-site
- Salary range: ₹21,000 to ₹35,000 per month (approximately ₹3 lakh to ₹4.5 lakh annually)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for blue-collar positions, sourcing candidates from various channels.
- Use job portals such as Work India and Apna Hire for candidate sourcing.
- Conduct telephonic screenings and face-to-face interviews, ensuring alignment with manpower requirements.
- Collaborate with line managers and HR leadership to schedule interviews and select suitable candidates.
- Facilitate pre-joining formalities including documentation, ID verification, and onboarding procedures.
- Keep recruitment trackers and candidate databases current and accurate.
- Develop and sustain a strong candidate pipeline to address ongoing staffing needs.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and legal compliance during the hiring process.
- Assist with induction and orientation programs for new employees.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in any field; preference given to MBA, PGDM, or BBA in HR.
- Experience with mass hiring or blue-collar recruitment is essential.
- Proficient in candidate sourcing and networking techniques.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Capable of performing under pressure to meet recruitment targets.
- Knowledge of the local language and regional geography is considered an advantage.
