Overview
The HR Executive role at Pn Homes, based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, involves managing end-to-end recruitment activities to attract and secure talent effectively.
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and source potential candidates via job portals, social media networks, and professional platforms.
- Conduct resume screening followed by initial phone or video interviews to assess applicant skills and cultural compatibility.
- Create, update, and publish precise job descriptions for open vacancies.
- Arrange interviews between applicants and hiring managers; maintain and organize candidate information.
- Draft and send job offer communications, handle negotiations, and assist candidates throughout the pre-boarding procedures.
- Track recruitment performance indicators such as time-to-fill to refine hiring processes.
Compensation
Monthly salary range is INR 10,000 to 15,000.
