About the Company

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Identify and screen potential candidates through resume evaluation and HR interviews.
- Organize and schedule interviews with relevant stakeholders.
- Handle employee onboarding and maintain all related documentation.
- Keep accurate HR records and prepare official HR correspondence.
- Administer attendance and leave tracking.
- Provide support in payroll processing.
- Implement and uphold HR policies.
- Foster employee engagement initiatives and ensure compliance.
- Contribute to preserving a positive work environment.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
- 1 to 3 years of HR experience, specifically in the HR domain.
- Proficient communication skills.
- Strong understanding of recruitment procedures.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and multitask effectively.
- Organizational skills and a proactive, startup-oriented mindset.

- Location: Bajaj Nagar, Jaipur.
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday.
