- Develop and implement structured onboarding including documentation, induction sessions, and issuance of uniforms and IDs.
- Maintain detailed employee records and HR databases, manage exit formalities including full and final settlements and conduct exit interviews.

- Manage compliance related to Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), and other statutory filings and registrations.
- Ensure adherence to labour laws relevant to the food and hospitality industry.
- Address employee grievances and upkeep workplace discipline.
- Support performance management processes and promote staff welfare programs.
- Coordinate with outlet managers on staffing levels and scheduling requirements.
- Maintain attendance and leave management systems.
Required Qualifications and Skills

- Practical knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliance regarding PF and ESI.
- Experience recruiting for high-volume and high-turnover positions.

- Chance to design and implement HR processes and systems as the business expands.
