About the Role
We are seeking a skilled HR Executive to join a reputed manufacturing startup located in Morbi, Gujarat. The organization specializes in producing various types of noodles and breakfast cereals. This role demands hands-on experience in HR generalist functions and recruitment within the manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR activities including payroll processing, recruitment, exit formalities, and vendor coordination.
- Carry out recruitment using multiple job portals and networking sites.
- Support vendor management and employee exit procedures effectively.
Candidate Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years experience in HR generalist and recruitment roles.
- Experience within the manufacturing sector HR operations is highly valued.
- Possession of a postgraduate degree in Human Resources or related fields.
- Proficiency using platforms such as LinkedIn, Job portals including Naukri, Apna, Indeed, and Job hai.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, with emphasis on Excel and Word.
Job Details
- Location: Maliya-Halvad Highway, Village Rapar, Morbi, Gujarat.
- Work Hours: 09:30 AM to 06:30 PM.
- Salary Range: ₹20,000 to ₹30,000 per month.
