Role Overview

We are seeking an HR Coordinator who is dedicated to delivering an outstanding employee experience and supporting a rapidly expanding international team. This role involves managing various aspects of the employee lifecycle with a focus on seamless, people-centric HR services that make employees feel valued and supported. Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle onboarding for new hires worldwide, including issuing offer letters, preparing employment contracts, and ensuring a smooth integration during the first day and beyond.

  • Maintain accurate employee records within the HRIS, upholding data integrity and confidentiality standards.
  • Generate and analyze HR reports and dashboards using Excel and Google Sheets to support strategic business and people decisions.
