About the Role
We are working with a distinguished asset management company located in London's West End to recruit an HR Assistant to join their dynamic and strong-performing HR department. This role is ideal for individuals early in their human resources career seeking comprehensive experience throughout the entire employee lifecycle in a prestigious financial services setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver daily HR administrative support to the London office.
- Assist with full recruitment processes including interview coordination and candidate communication.
- Support onboarding procedures and conduct necessary background verifications for new employees.
- Manage employee benefits administration.
- Maintain and update accurate records within HR databases and personnel files.
- Organize training records and monitor related expenditures.
- Generate HR-related reports such as those concerning attendance and absences.
- Help revise and update HR policies and documentation.
- Assist with induction initiatives and HR projects as required.
Candidate Profile
- Excellent organizational capabilities with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and adhere to deadlines.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Resilient under pressure, adaptable, and proactive in approach.
- A genuine interest in pursuing a career in HR.
- Previous experience within financial services is beneficial.
- Knowledge of the French language is an added advantage.
