About the Role
Indobricks Real Estate Advisory Private Limited is seeking a qualified HR Admin Executive with an MBA in HR and 2-5 years of relevant experience in the real estate sector. The successful candidate will be capable of managing organizational functions, improving departmental processes, and collaborating across different departments in a fast-paced advisory company environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare the HR budget and plan organizational HR activities.
- Establish and implement KRAs and KPIs for the entire organization, monitor their progress, and design performance appraisal systems.
- Develop and enforce HR policies tailored to the organization's needs.
- Oversee daily operation targets aligned with leadership directives ensuring quality, cost control, and best practices.
- Coordinate with other department managers and promote continuous process enhancements.
- Compile reports and deliver presentations as required.
- Facilitate ongoing staff training and development.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards for the welfare of employees and visitors.
People Management
- Lead, mentor, and nurture a high-performing team that achieves objectives and fosters continuous improvement.
- Set and review departmental goals and KPIs; monitor individual and team performance.
- Oversee staffing, recruitment, training, appraisals, attendance, disciplinary actions, and daily supervision to boost productivity.
- Encourage motivation and operational excellence within the team.
- Maintain records of performance and task completion.
- Promote exemplary standards and work culture by setting a strong personal example.
- Communicate strategic KPIs clearly to all employees.
Financial and Stakeholder Management
- Manage budget control and financial oversight within the HR function.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with both internal teams and external partners for optimal results.
Compliance
- Stay informed on employment laws and regulations to ensure organizational compliance and reduce legal risks.
