Role overview
As a Housekeeping Supervisor with Hilton, you will help create memorable guest experiences by keeping rooms clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The role is centered on maintaining high housekeeping standards while supporting the hotel’s promise of warm, exceptional hospitality.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain assigned guest rooms to a high standard by making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and carrying out deeper cleaning work when required.
- Replace guest linens, towels, and other room amenities whenever needed.
- Keep the housekeeping cart organized, supplied, and moved to the necessary areas each day.
- Answer guest requests quickly, politely, and with a service-focused approach.
- Collect and dispose of waste and recyclable materials in the proper designated locations.
