Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage housekeeping teams effectively.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and operational efficiency in fast-paced, high-volume hospitality environments, often in remote locations.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications

• Proven supervisory experience in housekeeping within high-volume and busy hospitality settings, with experience in remote work preferred.
• Strong leadership skills with excellent communication and time management capabilities.
• Ability to adapt quickly, perform well under pressure, and manage conflicts diplomatically.
• Valid driver's license and eligibility to work in Australia for at least the next 12 months (no sponsorship offered).
• Willingness to pass pre-employment medical examination and consent to background checks.
