Handy sQuad Facility Management Pvt. Ltd. is a leading facility management company in Kerala that specializes in professional housekeeping, technical maintenance, and overall facility management services across various sectors including residential, commercial, corporate, and industrial areas.
Role Overview
The organization is seeking a proactive Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee housekeeping activities, manage teams at client sites, and uphold high standards of service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and supervise housekeeping operations at designated client locations.
- Lead, train, and motivate the housekeeping staff to ensure efficient performance.
- Plan daily workforce deployment and create work schedules.
- Perform quality inspections to guarantee adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor attendance, maintain discipline, track productivity, and assess team effectiveness.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Manage inventories of housekeeping chemicals, equipment, and supplies.
- Coordinate with Operations and Human Resources to facilitate smooth site management.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality norms.
- Compile operational reports daily, weekly, and monthly.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Graduate or Diploma holder in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or related fields.
- Experience: 2 to 5 years as a Housekeeping Supervisor with preference given to experience in Facility Management, Integrated Facility Management (IFM), corporate housekeeping, commercial buildings, hospitals, or hospitality sectors.
Essential Skills and Requirements
- Strong leadership qualities and ability to manage teams efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of housekeeping chemicals, machinery, and cleaning techniques.
- Experience in workforce planning and client relationship management.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Possession of a valid four-wheeler driving license and confident driving skills (mandatory).
- Willingness to travel between various client sites as required.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary ranges from ₹25,000 to ₹30,000 per month, dependent on experience and individual performance.
