Key Responsibilities

• Maintain high cleanliness and upkeep standards for guest rooms and public spaces, ensuring all room equipment functions properly.
• Report maintenance concerns and identify any safety risks to the maintenance department promptly.
• Complete all required checklists within each shift.
• Follow all hotel policies and procedures, emphasizing compliance with environmental guidelines.
• Deliver excellent guest service by addressing requests promptly and courteously.
• Carry out additional reasonable duties as directed by the Housekeeping Manager.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong communication skills.
• A solid understanding of hygiene, cleaning standards, and health & safety regulations.
• Capability to perform physical activities such as lifting and bending.
• A strong customer service orientation.
• Must have legal authorization to work in Ireland.
