Role Overview

As a host, you will be the initial and lasting point of contact for guests. Your role involves greeting guests warmly, managing seating and waitlists, ensuring clean menus and sanitized areas, and creating a safe, friendly environment. Additionally, you will assist guests by answering calls, guiding their dining experience, and bidding them farewell with genuine appreciation, encouraging their return.
