About the Role
We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Hotel Operations Executive specializing in B2B to join Book N Fly's team in Surat, Gujarat. The primary responsibilities include managing hotel bookings, expanding B2B sales channels, collaborating with hotel partners, preparing price quotations, and delivering top-notch service to corporate and travel agency clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage inquiries and reservations related to B2B hotel bookings.
- Initiate and develop sales opportunities by engaging with travel agents and corporate clients.
- Establish and nurture robust relationships with both hotel partners and clients.
- Negotiate room rates and availability with partner hotels to secure favorable conditions.
- Create quotations and promptly follow up to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Meet or exceed set monthly sales targets.
- Liaise with hotels to confirm bookings, process amendments, and handle cancellations.
- Address and resolve issues related to clients or hotels efficiently.
- Maintain accurate booking documentation, client information, and sales reports.
- Collaborate effectively with internal departments to ensure seamless operations and high customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Experience of 1 to 3 years in hotel operations, hotel reservations, travel sales, or B2B sales preferred; however, freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication abilities coupled with strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel and Word.
- Capability to perform well under pressure and consistently achieve sales objectives.
