About the Role

At Sheraton Hotels & Resorts in Sharjah, we offer more than just clean rooms and freshly made beds; we create memorable and distinctive guest experiences. As a Hotel Cleanliness Expert, also known as a Guest Environment Expert, you will be responsible for a variety of housekeeping tasks across the hotel to maintain its appearance and cleanliness. Empowered to take initiative within your designated area, your responsibilities will include fulfilling guest requests, stocking housekeeping carts, cleaning guest rooms and public areas, and other related duties to ensure a welcoming and hygienic environment that enhances the guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent housekeeping services by cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and public spaces.
• Respond promptly and efficiently to guest requests to enhance satisfaction.
• Manage inventory and replenish housekeeping carts and supplies as needed.
• Adhere to hotel policies and procedures to ensure a safe workplace.
• Maintain high standards of quality, personal appearance, and professional communication at all times.
• Perform physical tasks including standing, walking, lifting, and carrying objects up to 50 pounds without assistance.
