Role Summary

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Doha, Qatar. The Hostess will serve as the first point of contact for guests, offering a warm welcome, helping with reservations, and making sure each visitor has a smooth and pleasant experience. The role also includes maintaining polished communication, providing attentive customer service, and answering phone calls with professionalism and courtesy. In this position, you will work closely with the wider team to support the company’s standards and overall reputation.
