Role Overview

The Host role is integral to creating outstanding guest experiences by greeting visitors warmly and managing seating arrangements efficiently. You will keep the dining area organized by handling the waitlist, providing timely updates to guests, and preparing tables promptly for incoming parties.

Responsibilities

• Greet all guests warmly to make them feel comfortable upon arrival.
• Manage the flow of the dining area by controlling the waitlist and seating process.
• Maintain a positive, composed demeanor during busy periods.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide prompt communication and updates to guests with a friendly attitude.

Requirements and Skills

• Ability to remain calm and collected under pressure.
• Enjoy working in a team-oriented environment.
• Positive energy and approachability when interacting with guests.
• No prior restaurant experience is necessary; comprehensive training will be provided.
