Job Overview
The HORECA Regional Manager will spearhead sales growth and manage customer relations within the Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés, and Catering sector across the Jeddah region. This position aims to meet sales targets, cultivate new business prospects, sustain strong client partnerships, and lead the regional sales team effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet and surpass regional sales targets and business goals.
- Build and nurture partnerships with HORECA clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the region.
- Lead, mentor, and support the regional sales team.
- Keep abreast of market trends and competitor developments.
- Manage contract negotiations and pricing strategies with customers.
- Coordinate with internal departments for outstanding customer service delivery.
- Produce regular sales reports and accurate forecasts.
- Oversee timely payment collection from customers.
Qualifications and Skills
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Business or a related discipline.
- Have a minimum of 5 years of sales experience in food distribution or FMCG sectors.
- Familiarity with the HORECA channel is essential.
- Exhibit strong leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities.
- Experience in managing teams and developing customer relationships.
- Willingness and ability to travel within the designated region.
