职位描述
Role overview
This position is responsible for overseeing the delivery of Home Support Services to clients across a designated geographic area within Older Persons Services. The role also involves working in close coordination with the multidisciplinary team so that support is provided in a joined-up and integrated way.
Team support and coordination
The post holder will help supervise and manage a team of Health Care Support Assistants assigned to the specific area under their responsibility.
