About the Role

Iceland Foods is seeking dedicated Home Delivery Drivers who take pride in delivering exceptional service while maintaining an active and independent work style. This position encompasses delivering groceries directly to customers, representing Iceland's commitment to quality and care.

Key Responsibilities

• Load delivery vans safely, following proper manual handling and heavy lifting procedures.
• Maintain adherence to safe driving practices at all times to ensure road safety.
• Carry out thorough vehicle checks before and during shifts.
• Ensure groceries are delivered in excellent condition to customers.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain positive interactions.
• Assist with store duties when necessary.
• Work independently and manage time efficiently to complete deliveries within shift times.
• Be flexible to work varying shift patterns between 6am and 11pm.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a full UK driving license held for at least three years with no more than six penalty points.
• Display a positive, friendly attitude with a passion for excellent customer experience.
• Be punctual and able to meet deadlines.
• Show a strong commitment to road safety awareness.
