About the Role
Iceland Foods is seeking a dedicated Home Delivery Driver to join their team in Beaumont, England. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy an active, independent job and interacting with customers. As a key representative of Iceland, you will be responsible for delivering groceries and ensuring a positive customer experience. Responsibilities
- Ensure safe van loading procedures, including manual handling and heavy lifting.
- Adhere strictly to safe driving practices at all times.
- Conduct regular checks on the delivery vehicle.
- Guarantee that food products reach customers in optimal condition.
- Deliver exceptional customer service during deliveries.
- Provide assistance within the store when necessary.
- Work autonomously and manage delivery schedules effectively.
- Demonstrate flexibility to work varied shifts between 6 AM and 11 PM.
Requirements
- Possess a full UK driving license, held for a minimum of three years.
- Maintain no more than six penalty points on your driving license.
- Exhibit a positive and friendly demeanor, with a passion for customer satisfaction.
- Be punctual and capable of meeting delivery timeframes.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding and application of road safety principles.
