Overview

A respected UK wealth management firm with over three decades in the industry is seeking an experienced Paraplanner to join its Wealth Planning team. This predominantly remote position offers significant flexibility and autonomy, with minimal office attendance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Work from home as a Paraplanner supporting assigned advisers in delivering comprehensive financial planning services encompassing investments, retirement, taxation, estate planning, and protection solutions.
• Be actively engaged throughout the entire advice process including conducting technical analyses, research, and creating suitability reports.
• Attend the office in Bristol or Birmingham just twice monthly, with all travel expenses reimbursed by the company.

Requirements

• Possess a Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent qualification.
• Demonstrate a strong grasp of financial planning and paraplanning procedures.
• Suit candidates who enjoy collaborative, relationship-driven wealth management environments and may aspire to transition into Financial Advice roles in the future.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary range of £46,000 to £48,000 per year plus a discretionary bonus linked to personal, team, and organisation-wide performance.
