Due to substantial business growth, we are looking to appoint a seasoned and commercially focused Head of Sales to join our executive leadership team. This position will oversee the entire vehicle sales operations across multiple brands and locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor high-performing sales teams.
• Achieve new and used vehicle sales targets through your direct team members.
• Drive profitability, finance penetration, and effective stock management.
• Oversee sales processes, manage enquiries, and uphold customer journey standards.
• Collaborate closely with manufacturer partners and internal departments.
• Expand and develop fleet sales opportunities.
• Utilize technology to assess market trends, explore digital opportunities, and evaluate dealership performance metrics.
• Foster a culture of professionalism, accountability, and superior customer satisfaction.

• Demonstrated leadership experience in motor retail management.
• Strong capabilities in people leadership and coaching.
• Commercial insight with analytical skills.

This senior leadership role is full-time and involves working across two sites with regular coordination across all business functions.
