Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Head of Program Management to oversee cross-functional initiatives and guarantee the on-time completion of strategic programs. This role involves both customer-facing delivery and internal coordination across multiple departments to fulfill customer objectives, enhance software and technology capabilities, and manage comprehensive planning and change processes. This position serves as a pivotal point linking customer delivery, execution, and advanced technology development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the overall program management function company-wide, managing project implementations and customer deliveries.
- Steer the execution of key strategic initiatives and align with organizational priorities.
- Establish and maintain program management frameworks and industry best practices.
- Manage project timelines, dependencies, and risks for both internal workflows and customer engagements.
- Coordinate efforts across multiple departments including Engineering, Operations, Product, and Application Development.
- Monitor and communicate program status to leadership and external clients.
- Enhance operational workflows and improve the discipline of execution within teams.
- Ensure cohesive alignment among teams, stakeholders, and customers.
Requirements
- A minimum of 7 years' experience in program or project management.
- Robust track record managing complex, cross-functional programs.
- Exceptional organizational skills and effective communication abilities.
- Demonstrated capacity to drive progress in dynamic, fast-moving environments.
- Familiarity with program management tools and methodologies.
- Experience working within technology or product-centric companies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications such as PMP, Scrum, or Agile.
- Previous experience collaborating with engineering or product teams.
