About the Role

GASEPCS OIL AND GAS is seeking a seasoned and strategic Head of Operations to spearhead the company’s operational activities. This senior leadership role involves the development and execution of comprehensive operational strategies that align with the organization's vision and growth objectives, overseeing daily business operations to enhance efficiency, productivity, and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement operational strategies consistent with corporate goals and expansion plans.
• Supervise daily business operations ensuring smooth workflows and high productivity.
• Design, apply, and continually refine operational procedures, workflows, and performance benchmarks.
• Track vital operational KPIs and metrics, offering analytic insights and recommendations to senior executives.
• Lead initiatives focusing on operational excellence, process enhancements, automation, and cost control.
• Collaborate with departmental heads to ensure alignment between operations, business goals, and customer needs.
• Manage forecasting, budgeting, resource allocation, and workforce planning.
• Identify operational vulnerabilities and implement risk mitigation to maintain business continuity.
• Drive organizational change, transformation, and ongoing improvement programs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, quality standards, and operational controls.
• Mentor and develop managers and operations teams to promote accountability and high standards.
• Support strategic planning, business expansion, and opportunity identification.
• Prepare detailed executive reports and operational performance updates for leadership and stakeholders.

Candidate Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in operations leadership, business management, supply chain, logistics or similar roles.
• Expertise in operational strategy, improvement processes, and performance management.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage extensive operational functions.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• Experience with financial management including budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, data analytics platforms, and operational reporting tools.
• Capacity to excel in a dynamic environment focused on growth and innovation.
• Robust commercial awareness and strategic business insight.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related fields preferred; an MBA or leadership qualification is a plus.
