Supplement Hub is a founder-led buy-and-build business operating in the supplements and consumer health space. The company is focused on scaling multiple brands, expanding into additional marketplaces, and building a structure that can stand up well to future investors.

About the Role

This position is for someone who truly understands Amazon and has already taken ownership of a P&L. The right person combines strategic thinking with the willingness to get hands-on from day one.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of strategy, budget, and performance across all marketplaces.
• Build and lead the team, including decisions on site setup and marketplace prioritization.
• Maintain clear reporting and investor-ready numbers so performance data is always reliable.
• Drive international expansion by deciding which markets to enter, in what sequence, and with what setup.
• Work closely with the founders directly, without layers of management in between.

Qualifications

• Real Amazon P&L ownership, not just external advisory experience.
• Strong strategic and operational capability, with the ability to operate in both areas.
• Leadership experience across multiple people or locations.
• Comfort with financial metrics and the ability to perform well in front of investors.
• A hands-on mindset, especially important during the early build-out phase.
• German for day-to-day operations and English for international coordination.

Preferred Background

• Experience in an aggregator, private equity, or M&A environment.
• Finance or investment banking background combined with practical Amazon operating experience.
• Industry exposure in supplements or consumer goods.

Compensation & Package

The role offers direct influence on company valuation and a path toward senior to C-level proximity over time. Compensation is attractive and will be discussed individually. For a strong value impact, significantly more is possible. The setup is remote-first with an option to work from Berlin, within a lean and fast-moving environment without corporate bureaucracy.
