Role Overview
This position is for a Technical Lead in the Technology Consulting team, supporting Guidewire implementation engagements for clients around the world.
What You Will Work On
- Contribute to Guidewire implementation projects for global customers.
- Handle JUTRO framework-based development work, with hands-on experience expected.
- Work with backend Edge framework components.
- Support integration work using JSON and REST APIs.
- Apply knowledge of architecture patterns such as REST and RPC.
- Use unit testing tools and practices including GUnit and JEST.
- For non-Guidewire projects, work with ReactJS on the frontend and .NET or Java on the backend.
- Bring insurance-domain knowledge where possible.
Required Experience and Skills
- At least 3 years of experience with the JUTRO framework is mandatory.
- Frontend development experience with ReactJS is mandatory for non-Guidewire work.
- Backend development experience in .NET or Java is mandatory for non-Guidewire work.
- Experience with the Edge framework is required.
- Working knowledge of unit testing using GUnit and JEST.
- Understanding of REST and RPC-based architecture styles.
- Experience integrating JSON-based services and REST APIs.
- Insurance industry experience is preferred.
