Position Overview
This role is focused on creating outstanding guest experiences that go beyond smooth check-ins and check-outs. Our Guest Service Assistants take proactive steps to assist guests throughout their stay, offering a broad range of services. They have the autonomy to manage their work environment effectively by addressing operational needs, fulfilling guest requests, completing necessary documentation, and highlighting local attractions to make every interaction memorable.
Key Responsibilities and Work Environment
Success in this position requires adherence to company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality, safeguarding company assets, and upholding high-quality service standards. Professional presentation in uniform, grooming, and communication is mandatory. The role is physically active, requiring standing, sitting, or walking for prolonged periods and occasional handling of objects weighing up to 10 pounds. The job demands a hands-on, flexible approach to tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum education requirement: high school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.)
- No previous work experience necessary
- No supervisory experience required
